Privacy Policy

The Short Version

SendTheBid is a free tools site for tradespeople. We don't collect your personal data, we don't use cookies, and we don't require accounts. Everything runs in your browser.

What We Don't Collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone)
• No cookies or tracking pixels
• No account registration
• No calculator inputs or results
• No financial data from invoices or estimates

Your Data Stays Local

All calculations, invoices, estimates, and other documents are generated entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers. When you generate a PDF, it's created client-side using your browser's print function.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal data. It only provides aggregate page view counts so we know which tools are useful.

Hosting

SendTheBid is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of their infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

Third-Party Services

We load Google Fonts (Barlow Condensed and Inter) for typography. Google may collect anonymized usage data through font requests. No other third-party services are used.

Changes

If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page. Since we don't have your email, we can't notify you directly — but the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
