The Short Version

NailTheQuote ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by High Intent Labs. NailTheQuote provides free tools for tradespeople. All calculators, templates, and estimators work without an account. If you choose to share your email or create an account, we explain exactly what we collect and why below.

What We Collect

If you use tools without signing up: Your calculator inputs and results stay in your browser. We do not store them on our servers.

If you enter your email: We collect your email address when you use the "Email these results to yourself" feature. If the marketing consent checkbox is checked, we add your email to our mailing list for free tool updates and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you create an account: We collect your email address and, optionally, your name, company name, and license number. Account data is stored securely in Supabase (our database provider) and used to save your calculations, documents, and preferences.

How We Use Your Data

  • Email delivery: To send you calculation results, invoices, or documents you requested.
  • Account functionality: To save and retrieve your calculations, documents, and business profile across sessions and devices.
  • Marketing (opt-in only): To send free tool announcements, tips, and updates. Only if you checked the consent box. Unsubscribe link in every email.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't sell your data to anyone.
  • We don't share your email with third parties for their marketing.
  • We don't use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
  • We don't store your calculator inputs unless you have an account and explicitly save them.
  • We don't access your financial data from invoices or estimates — those are generated in your browser.

Local Storage

Our tools use your browser's local storage to remember your preferences, visit count, and login session. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly save a calculation to your account. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

  • Cloudflare: Hosting and CDN. Cloudflare collects standard server logs. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: Database and authentication. Stores account data and saved calculations securely. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
  • Resend: Email delivery. Processes your email address to deliver results and marketing emails. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts: Typography. Google may collect anonymized usage data through font requests.

Data Retention

Email addresses collected through the email capture form are retained until you unsubscribe. Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us at privacy@nailthequote.com and we'll handle it within 7 business days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. If you have an account, we may also notify you by email for significant changes.
