By using NailTheQuote.com ("the Site"), operated by High Intent Labs, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

What We Provide

NailTheQuote provides free online calculators, estimators, templates, and business tools designed for home service professionals. All tools are provided as-is for informational and estimation purposes only.

Not Professional Advice

Our tools produce estimates and calculations based on the inputs you provide and general industry data. They are not a substitute for professional engineering, legal, financial, or trade-specific expertise. Specifically:

• Technical calculators (BTU, pipe sizing, wire sizing, load calculations, etc.) produce estimates only. Final equipment selection, system design, and code compliance must be verified by a licensed professional. Always follow local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Business calculators (profit margin, overhead, labor rate, etc.) provide general guidance. Consult an accountant or financial advisor for decisions affecting your business finances.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The NailTheQuote name, logo, site design, tool interfaces, and written content are our property. Documents you generate using our templates (invoices, estimates, agreements) are yours — you own the output. The underlying template design and code remain ours.

Limitation of Liability

NailTheQuote is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect calculations or estimates leading to financial loss.
• Equipment sizing errors affecting system performance.
• Template content that does not meet legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
• Business decisions made based on our calculator outputs.

You use our tools at your own risk and are solely responsible for verifying outputs before applying them to real-world work.

Pricing

All tools on NailTheQuote are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future. Any existing free features at the time of your registration will remain free for your account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
